Therefore, the Controller responsible for processing the data will be directly responsible for the activities of monitoring and compliance with the rules, in order to ensure legal compliance regarding the treatment of the personal data of the data owner. It is the user's responsibility to check and acknowledge the Controller's privacy policy. FIELD, in turn, in relation to the data inserted in its software / platforms, will carry out the treatment of Personal Data as a Personal Data Operator, that is, on behalf of the Controller. In this sense, FIELD will only follow the lawful instructions received from the Controller in relation to the processing of the Personal Data of the holders, in addition to observing and complying with the applicable legal rules in force, and both Parties must guarantee the lawfulness and suitability of the treatment.

It is important to note that it is not up to FIELD to decide on the personal data of users processed by its Customers.

FIELD will monitor the entire platform, mainly to ensure that the standards described in this Policy are being observed, so that there is no violation or abuse of the applicable provisions and to ensure its correct functioning.

4. With whom does FIELD share your data?

The shared use of personal data is subject to the commitment, by those who own and transmit the personal data, that in fact they have a legal basis to do so and that they can be accountable in this regard upon timely request.
