FIELD CONTROL, (“FIELD” or “We”), makes available to its customers, users and the general public this website and its platform for accessing its services.

This policy is applicable to everyone who accesses or registers on our platform and everyone who uses FIELD products or services in any other way.

3. How does FIELD handle your data?

FIELD is committed to complying with all the rules provided for in the “Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados“ (LGPD).

Personal data can be processed in different ways within the scope of FIELD activities. We treat your Personal Data, mainly, so that it is possible to make our commercial relationship viable, fulfill some contractual and legal obligations, as well as engage our brand.

We carry out the processing of personal data for legitimate and specific purposes, especially, but not limited to, the following activities: providing customer service, providing technical support to accounts, providing operational support to the Customer Service and Support teams, employee management, to avoid legal demands, marketing activities, to share new features with customers, to share content, to manage accounts, to prepare reports and analyzes, to configure accounts, to manage licenses and authorized devices, to manage services, to export information, to manage services, transparency with the customer, maintenance management, user management with access to the platform, account configuration and facility for the customer and product correction.

FIELD also carries out the processing of personal data limited to the minimum necessary for the operation of its activities, which may be related to employees, business partners, users of the platform, third parties and other suppliers of goods and services.

When providing its services, FIELD may also process personal data on behalf of a Controller for the operation, management, performance and delivery of its services, thus ensuring that the processed personal data is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. Therefore, the Controller responsible for processing the data will be directly responsible for the activities of monitoring and compliance with the rules, in order to ensure legal compliance regarding the treatment of the personal data of the data owner. It is the user's responsibility to check and acknowledge the Controller's privacy policy. FIELD, in turn, in relation to the data inserted in its software / platforms, will carry out the treatment of Personal Data as a Personal Data Operator, that is, on behalf of the Controller. In this sense, FIELD will only follow the lawful instructions received from the Controller in relation to the processing of the Personal Data of the holders, in addition to observing and complying with the applicable legal rules in force, and both Parties must guarantee the lawfulness and suitability of the treatment.

It is important to note that it is not up to FIELD to decide on the personal data of users processed by its Customers.

FIELD will monitor the entire platform, mainly to ensure that the standards described in this Policy are being observed, so that there is no violation or abuse of the applicable provisions and to ensure its correct functioning.

4. With whom does FIELD share your data?

The shared use of personal data is subject to the commitment, by those who own and transmit the personal data, that in fact they have a legal basis to do so and that they can be accountable in this regard upon timely request.

We do not lend or sell your personal data to anyone.

Our partners: FIELD, in conducting its activities and for treatment purposes, may share information it collects about users of the website and platform with: (i) FIELD service providers and commercial partners, hired exclusively so that FIELD can offer its services ; (ii) duly authorized employees; (iii) public entities, for legal reasons; (iv) courts and government agencies, when required by law, regulation or legal process or for the regular exercise of rights. Our partners are only authorized to use personal data for the specific purposes for which they were contracted, therefore, they will not use your personal data for other purposes, in addition to providing the services provided for in the contract.

To safeguard and protect FIELD rights: FIELD reserves the right to access, read, preserve and provide any data and information about users, including their interactions, if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order; to enforce or enforce other agreements and / or contracts; or protect the rights, property or safety of FIELD, as well as our employees and / or other users.

The user of the website and platform will always be able to choose not to disclose their data to Us, but some of this data may be necessary to obtain some of the content and services we offer (eg newsletter). 5. How long will the data be stored for?

We will keep the personal data of the users of the website and platform only for as long as is necessary to comply with the purposes for which we collect them, including for the purpose of complying with any legal, contractual, accountability obligations, request from competent authorities and for the regular exercise of rights in proceedings.

All data collected will be deleted from our servers when the user so requests or when they are no longer needed or relevant to offer our Services. • e) PORTABILITY: Portability of personal data to another service or product provider, upon express request and observing commercial and industrial secrets, in accordance with the regulations of the ”Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados” (ANPD);
• f) ELIMINATION: Elimination of personal data processed with the consent of the holder, except in the following cases: a) compliance with legal or regulatory obligation by the controller; b) study by a research body, guaranteeing, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data; c) transfer to a third party, respecting the legal data processing requirements; or d) exclusive use of the controller, being forbidden to access it by a third party, and provided the data is anonymized;
• g) INFORMATION: Information from public and private entities with which the controller shared data use;
• h) CONSENT: Information about the possibility of not giving consent and about the consequences of the refusal;
• i) REVOCATION: Revocation of consent.

The HOLDER is also guaranteed the right to:

• - Ask what personal data FIELD has about him and why.
• - Ask how to gain access to personal data.
• - Be informed about how to keep personal data up to date.
• - Be informed about how FIELD is fulfilling its data protection obligations.

7. How Information Security on FIELD

FIELD adopts all technical, administrative, preventive and organizational measures to protect the personal data of users of the website and platform against unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination.

FIELD does not directly transfer personal data collected in Brazil to other countries.

FIELD is headquartered in Brazil and the data we collect is governed by Brazilian law. By accessing or using our services, the user of the website and platform agrees with the processing of data carried out in Brazil.
