The administrative team performs support services in the areas of human resources, administration and finance. Provides services to suppliers and customers, providing and receiving information about products and services. It also carries out surveys and controls on financial transactions, monitoring cash flow, accounts payable and receivable.
Our commercial team includes Sales Development Representatives (SDR), Business Development Representatives (BDR) and the Commercial Intelligence team. SDRs are responsible for identifying business opportunities through the generated leads and further improving the experience during the sales process. BDRs will negotiate with hundreds of SMEs and find out how our services can help them.

Most of our tech stack is JavaScript (Node.js, SPA's and Hybrid Mobile Apps), but we believe that good developers use the best tool for each problem, so we use available alternatives to solve specific problems. We have a bit of C#, Java and PHP too.

The Customer Success team will be directly involved in the daily lives of our customers, teaching concepts and tactics, answering questions and teaching the best practices for using our product. The CSM (Customer Success Manager) will set goals, provide advice, monitor metrics and contribute to the organization's success.
